• $40-$55 / hour (DOE) + Commissions Benefits : Competitive compensation Generous paid time off and holidays Health, Dental & Vision insurance Retirement plan with company match Training & Development Opportunities Growth opportunities Position Summary : To service our residential customer's heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, ensuring our customers have a high quality experience while providing responsible and ethical recommendations and proposals for repairs and replacement.   Responsibilities : Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and equipment repairs and changeouts for residential HVAC systems.
• Ability to write up customer estimates for system repairs and replacement utilizing company CRM / Dispatching software.
• Represent NW Mechanical professionally with our customers and partners.
• Willing to attend training classes and expand working knowledge and technical skills.
• Be respectful and supportive of fellow members of the NW Mechanical team.
• Focus on safety for self and others.
• Other special projects as assigned.
