As a Radio Communications Analyst, you\'ll configure and program radios, train users, troubleshoot communication issues, and maintain vital programming records for departments across the County, including the Maricopa County Sheriff\'s Office. You\'ll work hands-on with advanced radio technologies while collaborating closely with internal experts like RF engineers, senior radio technicians, and radio installers. Your work will have a direct, life-saving impact by ensuring first responders and public service teams have reliable, mission-critical communications when it matters most.
