LAK Group - Coaching & Leadership Program Coordinator
Role Overview
This role serves as a key support position within the Coaching & Leadership Practice at LAK Group, helping to coordinate and deliver high-quality coaching and leadership development experiences for our customers and clients. The ideal candidate is curious, growth-oriented, and energized by learning new tools and methodologies; especially in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
The Program Manager will support program development and coordination, scheduling, communication, technology and platform operations, coach and client support, and outcome tracking, analysis, and reporting. This role is well-suited for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. It also offers the opportunity to grow over time into increased facilitation, curriculum design, and AI-enabled learning responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Delivery
Coordinate coaching and leadership development programs, including scheduling, participant communication, documentation, and digital platform (Oriel Talent) support.
Maintain program calendars, materials, dashboards, and participant records to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery.
Support coaching intake and matching processes by organizing profiles, gathering client information, and preparing materials.
Assist in preparing and distributing program materials, surveys, customer reports, and follow-up communications.
Curriculum Design, Facilitation & Learning Support
Contribute to the development and refinement of leadership development curriculum and coaching resources.
Assist with designing learning activities, participant guides, and virtual learning content.
Occasionally facilitate virtual workshops, group coaching sessions, or breakout discussions.
Provide instructional and technical support during live sessions (e.g., chat moderation, breakout rooms, tech setup).
Support exploration and integration of AI-enabled tools to enhance learning experiences and program efficiency.
Stakeholder & Partner Support
Provide responsive, professional support to clients, coaches, facilitators, and internal teams.
Coordinate with external partners (e.g., assessment vendors, facilitators) on scheduling and materials.
Serve as a point of contact for participant questions and program-related inquiries.
Data, Insights & Reporting
Support data collection for evaluations, surveys, attendance, and engagement metrics.
Compile reports and insights to inform program improvements and internal decision-making.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience supporting learning and development programs, coaching services, or talent development initiatives (design, logistics, or delivery).
An organized, collaborative, innovative thinker who can manage a variety of work and enjoys reimagining processes and improving how work gets done.
Comfort working with technology platforms (LMS, scheduling tools, CRM systems, Zoom / Teams, SharePoint, ChatGPT, Canva, Qualtrics, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though an equivalent blend of education and related experience is acceptable.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and leadership development concepts. Instructional design and facilitation experience a plus
Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to incorporate AI tools to streamline workflows, improve participant experience, and enhance program delivery.
