Inside Sales Representative Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement : Engage extensively with customers over the phone to generate rental leads and assist with their business needs.
• Rental Coordination : Assist fellow sales representatives in coordinating rental agreements and supporting rental transactions.
• Contract Management : Open and close rental contracts in adherence to company policies and customer requirements.
• Dispatch & Logistics : Coordinate and dispatch drivers for equipment deliveries and pick-ups to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Customer Service Excellence : Serve as the first line of support, providing outstanding customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships.
• Additional Duties : Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
