Title of Position- General Manager

Job Description : The General Manager will be expected to lead their team of managers and staff by assuring that they are motivating the team to work hard, be enthusiastic, and to be excited about the restaurant industry.

The General Manager must be able to mentor and develop other managers, as well as supervise and motivate the staff. The General Manager must always act as a positive role model and will be responsible for managing the restaurant's financials, inventory control, and showing positive guest counts.

Qualifications :

• This position requires a minimum of 4 years experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a Casual or fast-casual restaurant.
• The General Manager must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and mentoring of others.
• The ability to open a new restaurant and drive sales is a must for the General Manager.
