Job Title : Teller I Job Description :

Summary :

As a Teller I, you will deliver prompt, efficient, and friendly service to our clients. Your role will involve processing a variety of business and consumer transactions, including handling cash with precision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Accurately process debit and credit transactions while maintaining an acceptable balance record.
• Respond to client inquiries with courtesy and friendliness.
• Perform minor account maintenance tasks, such as address changes and debit card maintenance.
• Refer customers to our internal experts for additional financial needs.
• Educate clients on our banking technology, including mobile and online banking.
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve goals and share daily responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with safe banking practices and applicable laws.
• Assist in opening and closing the branch according to corporate security procedures.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
