Controls Engineer

Overview

Controls Engineer role at Toyota North America. Reporting to the Controls Manager, this position focuses on implementation of production networking systems, collaboration across multiple groups to meet model project milestones while maintaining current production models, and developing technical expertise to continuously improve the teams capabilities.

What Youll Be Doing

• Implementation of Controls, Applications and Health systems in North America Body Weld shops, collaborating with multiple internal teams and external vendors to meet business needs.
• Project management including scheduling, budgeting and executing projects.
• Collaboration with internal innovation teams to support project initiatives.
• Staying up to date on industry best practices and advancements in industrial controls, applications and Health systems.
• Authoring standards, procedures, technical memos, and manuals.
• Collaborating cross-functionally across NAMCs and external partners to solve problems and accomplish goals.
• Presentations to peers and executive management.
