Job description
A company is looking for a Medical Records Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Complete analysis and reanalysis of medical records accurately and timely
Follow up with departments and providers regarding missing documentation
Manage analysis-specific work queues to ensure timely chart completion
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of CMS and Joint Commission regulations preferred
EMR experience preferred
Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience preferred
CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire
Entry-level position; no specific degree required
