What Youll Do
- Set the vision, strategy, and execution plan for sales growth.
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team.
- Drive revenue targets through pipeline management and effective forecasting.
- Build and manage key strategic client relationships and negotiations.
- Partner with marketing on demand generation and go-to-market initiatives.
- Represent FSS at major industry conferences and events.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
- Track record in SaaS B2B sales, ideally in legal or banking tech.
- Experience managing sales teams and influencing C-level executives.
- Proven expertise in sales strategy, pipeline management, and closing enterprise deals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
