Nurse Practitioner - Family physician employment in Oregon : *Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant*

Seeking a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a post acute care facility in the Greater Portland area.

Monday to Friday with day time call coverage (telephone)
