This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. As part of a hardworking team of specialists, technicians, and engineers, you will define and lead the strategic vision for additive manufacturing at Blue Origin. We are seeking an individual to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and dedication to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is required! Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Develop and implement the strategic vision for additive manufacturing at Blue Origin.
• Align additive manufacturing initiatives with overall company goals and customer needs.
• Coordinate the development of new additive manufacturing processes and technologies that are scalable, efficient, and meet quality standards.
• Increase production capabilities and efficiency of additive manufacturing processes.
• Champion the digital transformation of manufacturing operations by adopting advanced technologies such as Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning.
• Leverage data analytics to optimize production efficiency.
• Work closely with different programs and departments to integrate additive manufacturing solutions.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing additive manufacturing team.

Compensation Range for : WA applicants is $182,450.00-$255,429.30. Other site ranges may differ.
