Benefit Configuration Tester

A company is looking for a Tester, Benefit Configuration.

Key Responsibilities

Completes benefit configuration testing for new client implementations and changes to ensure timely and accurate processing

Maintains understanding of claims adjudication systems to test configurations and meet client expectations

Participates in process improvement and contributes to departmental training materials and policies

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required

Minimal experience and / or training to begin learning the role with close supervision

Basic experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel

Ability to participate in and support compliance program objectives

Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
