Job Description
Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain seamless communication and workflow. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols on the job site. Review blueprints and project specifications to confirm alignment with project goals. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any delays or issues promptly. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company and client standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any construction-related challenges efficiently. Manage project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Traveling Construction Superintendent should have : proven experience managing commercial construction projects of varying sizes, strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards, ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents, excellent leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams effectively, willingness to travel extensively to different project locations, experience with scheduling and project management software.
