Documentation Specialist Responsibilities :
Strong editing and technical writing skillsStrong attention to detailStrong ability to communicate effectivelyMust work well with cross-functional team members, including, Engineering, Quality, TS / MSAbility to receive direction and make applicable changesExcellent organizational and time management skillsIntermediate skills with Microsoft WordAbility to work in fast-paced environmentMinimum Qualifications :
Minimum Education : Associate or Bachelor's degreeExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsClear and professional communication skillsExperience with document management and tracking systemsCapable of multitasking and prioritizing independentlyComfortable in fast-paced environments with frequent changesOnsite job requirement in Indianapolis, INPreferred Qualifications :
Experience with SOP redlinesPrevious experience with CMS system, such as VeevaExperience with Good Documentation PracticeExposure to TrackWiseWorking knowledge of Microsoft Teams and other collaborative toolsUnderstanding of database structures and document control workflowsFor US geography, the salary range for this position is shown below.
