Compensation : $175,000 - $230,000 Annual Salary

The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. About the Role :

The Director of FP&A is responsible for leading the company's financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes while providing actionable insights that drive business performance. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams across the Restaurant Support Center to support strategic and operational decision-making. The Director will own the corporate forecast calendar, develop financial models, and ensure planning processes are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with business priorities. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, business-focused recommendations. This leader will also collaborate closely with the Field Finance and Accounting teams to ensure alignment between operational plans and financial results.
