Research Coordinator

Responsibilities

Research Coordinators work collaboratively with the Clinical Data & Research Programs Manager and Research Scientists at the Butler Center for Research (BCR) to conduct research by operationalizing approved protocols, executing study activities following established methodologies, and communicating results. Research Coordinators will engage with BCR's portfolio of grant-funded research collaborations, Hazelden Betty Ford patient outcomes data, and organization-wide research initiatives. Additionally, Research Coordinators contribute to scientific reviews and peer-reviewed manuscripts.

• Coordinate data collection through interviewing, data entry and data management in accordance with established protocols to ensure efficient, consistent and appropriate treatment of study participants and data collected.
• Foster collaborative relationships with clinical and administrative staff to ensure mutual understanding of research goals, methods, and outcomes.
• Conduct a wide variety of administrative tasks in support of the Research Dept's operations as needed.
• Communicate the results of BCR studies as well as updates from the addiction field to various external and internal audiences.
