FedTec is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to provide technical leadership, oversight, and support for the State of Missouri's ITSM modernization initiative. The consultant will serve as the key liaison between the State, implementation vendor, and ITSD teams to ensure a seamless migration from Cherwell to ServiceNow in alignment with enterprise and security standards.

Job Type : Full-Time

Responsibilities

Act as technical SME and project liaison between State ITSD, vendor, and internal teams.

Oversee the ServiceNow ITSM migration from Cherwell, ensuring security and compliance.

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Request).

Implement and align with ITIL 4 and CSDM v4.0 frameworks.

Build integrations between ServiceNow, Active Directory, M365, and other state systems.

Support Identity Governance (IGA) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

Maintain a weekly SOW compliance checklist and verify deliverable quality.

Prepare technical design, testing, and go-live readiness documentation.

Provide weekly project status and risk reports.

Collaborate with ITSD project managers to align milestones and schedules.

Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to all State ITSD policies.

Ensure all work is completed within the U.S. (no offshore).

Qualifications :

2+ years leading and managing ServiceNow ITSM projects.

Hands-on experience configuring CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, and Request modules.

2+ years in IAM / IGA solutions, RBAC architecture, and integration with AD and M365.

2+ years working in Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Active Directory).

Familiarity with Missouri's Cherwell ticketing system preferred.
