The hours of this position are Monday through Friday or Sunday through Thursday 11PM to 7AM.
Hourly Compensation Based on Experience : $30.50+ depending on experience.
Core Responsibilities :
- Ensures production lines and other equipment are maintained and able to run at all times
- Assists in developing and prioritizing work orders with Maintenance Manager, Production Supervision and Line Leads.
- Completes work order requests as defined by Maintenance Manager, Productions Management / Supervision, and / or Operators.
- Supports workplace organization programs (6S) and production efficiency programs (TPM).
- Assists, coaches, and trains operators in daily preventative maintenance (CIL) checks
- Supports and assists preventative maintenance process on the shift
- Contributes and assists in line commissioning after maintenance / process events
- Assists and participates with other plant projects as needed
- Operates in a manner that provides value to the team
- Performs additional duties as needed and / or assigned by supervision / management
Qualifications :
Computer Skills : Computer skills to include : Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and OutlookProven experience in working unassisted with and troubleshooting : Electrical, Electronic, MotorController Drives, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems
Strong background in manufacturing systems in dynamic fast-paced manufacturing environmentWorking knowledge of extrusion process, twin screw setup, blending system a plusKnowledge of PLC Logic technology, a plusAbility to read electrical and mechanical drawings; Strong decision making, analytical skills andproven ability to work cross-functionally
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilitiesStrong mathematical skills; Success in planning, executing and managing projectsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate upward and downward to a wide range ofaudiences
Must be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced, 24 / 7manufacturing environment
Education Requirements :
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)Advanced education and / or related-certification(s), a plusCertifications & Licenses :Will meet qualification and certification requirements established by TimberTech"s Training
Resources and Knowledge (TRAK) programCompletion of two year Maintenance Certification courseStick and wire welding experience required with structural welding certification, a plusForklift experience required with the ability to complete TT Forklift Certification programEqual Opportunity Employer
