Senior Manager, Global Income Tax & Reporting

A global organization with operations across North America, Europe and Asia is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Income Tax & Reporting . This is a hands‑on role , individual contributor role for a tax professional who wants ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to work across multiple international entities.

What You’ll Do
Manage and review U.S. partnership tax filings , including Form 1065, Schedule K‑1s, allocations, and basis tracking.
Oversee international compliance for subsidiaries in Europe and Asia, coordinating with regional advisors to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Support quarterly and annual tax provisions under ASC 740 , and assist in maintaining IFRS‑aligned global reporting.
Prepare and review tax disclosures, reconciliations, and financial statement footnotes .
Collaborate with accounting, finance, and legal on cross‑border structuring, M&A support, and internal controls .
Maintain detailed documentation and ensure SOX compliance for audit readiness.
What You Bring
6+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting and corporate tax departments .
Strong background in partnership taxation (Subchapter K, allocations, basis adjustments).
Working knowledge of ASC 740 and familiarity with IFRS in multinational environments.
Experience managing or reviewing international tax compliance , ideally including Europe or Asia.
CPA or Master’s in Taxation preferred.
Hands‑on mindset — comfortable taking ownership of both analysis and execution.
