Inventory Control Analyst (Aurora)

Responsibilities :

• Monitor inventory for appropriate minimum / maximum re-order values with consideration for fluctuating market demands, clinical usage trends and seasonal impact to ensure inventory availability.
• Manage back-orders and out of stocks in accordance with the departmental policy and procedures.
• Analyze inventory usage (turns) to increase inventory turnover and reduce / eliminate stock with usage not meeting shelf value criteria.
• Review daily re-orders of automated re-supply process to ensure all transactions with identified vendors occurred. Ensure corrective actions are taken as required including expediting shipment of product.
• Assist with addressing recall notices in a timely manner and ensure proper communication occurs according to the appropriate policy and procedure.
• Expedite invoicing for payment by Accounts Payable in ongoing and timely manner.
• Assist with year-end inventory process and warehouse preparation.
