Director of Nursing

We are seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the clinical team at a respected senior living community in the Clearwater, FL. area. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day resident care, supervising nursing staff, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and ensuring accurate care planning and documentation.

Compensation : $80,000 - $85,000 + full benefits poackage available.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of resident care and wellness
• Supervise and schedule nursing staff and care partners
• Oversee medication administration and care plan updates
• Coordinate with physicians, vendors, and family members
• Ensure compliance with AHCA and other regulatory bodies
• Personally fill vacant shifts if coverage cannot be secured
