A company is looking for a Sr. Partner Programs Analyst to support GTM strategy and strategic planning within the Global Partnerships and Channels organization. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing business rules and reporting key performance metrics related to partner programs Analyze large data sets for annual budget planning and drive forecasting for partner sales Manage GTM planning and operational process improvement projects while maintaining databases and developing metrics reports Required Qualifications 5+ years' experience in Finance or Business Operations, preferably in a SaaS organization or Strategy & Operations Consulting Experience launching sales commission / incentive programs is a plus Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, with Tableau and PowerBI experience preferred Bachelor's Degree preferred Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
