We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Executive Assistant

to support a highly successful real estate broker. This individual will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, streamlining tasks, and ensuring the broker can focus on business growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, quick to respond, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where professionalism and initiative are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the broker, including calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and correspondence.

Serve as a professional representative of the broker, maintaining the highest standards of discretion and communication.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, client communications, and brand initiatives.

Manage documents, contracts, and transaction files with accuracy and attention to detail.

Anticipate needs, take initiative, and follow through on projects and tasks to completion.

Assist with client interactions and relationship management, ensuring a positive and polished experience.

Contribute to process improvements that maximize efficiency and organization.

Qualifications

Highly organized, task-driven, and detail-oriented.

Strong communication skills with the ability to represent the brand professionally.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with teams, particularly in marketing or client-facing functions.

Real estate industry experience strongly preferred.

Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and platforms.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
