A company is looking for an Assistant Manager, Workers Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and measure annual objectives and key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the workers compensation program
Analyze performance metrics and collaborate with various departments to enhance operational effectiveness
Manage litigation processes and provide recommendations for optimal resolution of complex claims
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
5 years of progressive experience in finance or an analytical role within a casualty brokerage firm, third-party claim administrator, or corporate risk management department
1 year of leadership experience
Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is preferred
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
