The holiday season is our busiest and most exciting time of year. As a Seasonal Sublimation Production Associate, you’ll support every step of the process—from design setup to printing, pressing, finishing, and packaging—ensuring customers receive personalized products they’re proud to give.

Job Overview
Seasonal Sublimation Production Associates are cross-trained to assist in multiple areas of the sublimation workflow, including preparing designs, operating printers and heat presses, performing quality control, and packaging finished products. Training may begin with reduced hours until production ramps up..
Key Responsibilities
- Review customer orders and prepare digital designs for production.
- Upload designs into printer software and adjust settings as needed.
- Operate sublimation printers, cutters, and heat presses to transfer designs onto products.
- Inspect finished items for accuracy, print quality, and durability.
- Perform light finishing tasks, such as cleaning and preparing products for packaging.
- Package items securely for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
- Work as part of a collaborative production team. While assigned primarily to sublimation, all employees may assist in other departments as needed to meet seasonal demand.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to follow procedures to safely operate equipment.Comfortable using computers and software for design and production workflows.Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented.Prior experience in sublimation, production, or packaging is a plus but not required.Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.Previous production, warehouse, or design experience preferred.Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.Visual acuity for design setup, print alignment, and quality inspection.Seasonal Schedules
Employment runs early–mid October through mid-December (exact dates depend on production volume).Training schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 am – 4 : 00 pmTraining schedules may begin with reduced hours until the season fully ramps up.
Our production schedule is scaled with holiday demand. Your preference for day and night shifts is used when assigning shifts as the season progresses.Shift options we use during the season :
