The holiday season is our busiest and most exciting time of year. As a Seasonal Production Associate, you’ll be part of the team that keeps everything moving—from creating and finishing products to packaging and shipping them out the door. This short-term role offers hands-on experience across multiple departments and the opportunity to play a direct role in making holiday gifts special.

Job Overview
Seasonal Production Associates are cross-trained to assist in both production and packaging functions. Depending on department assignment, you may operate equipment (printers, embroidery machines, lasers, or heat presses), perform finishing and quality checks, package products for shipment, or support inventory and shipping. Training may begin with reduced hours until production ramps up
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment (printers, embroidery machines, lasers, heat presses, etc.) to personalize products.
- Perform finishing tasks, such as trimming threads, removing backing, cleaning, or light assembly.
- Inspect products for personalization accuracy, print / engraving quality, and overall presentation.
- Match finished products with packing slips and confirm order accuracy.
- Package items securely in branded or protective packaging for shipment.
- Use handheld scanners and computer systems to log orders and track workflow.
- Assist with receiving, staging, scanning, and shipping orders as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Support other departments during peak demand to ensure production goals are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable working with hands-on equipment and computer-based workflows.Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented.Previous production, warehouse, packaging, or quality control experience a plus but not required.Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.Prior experience in production, warehouse, or fulfillment preferred.Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting.Ability to lift up to 35 pounds depending on assignment.Strong visual acuity for quality inspection and order accuracy.Seasonal Schedules
Employment runs early–mid October through mid-December (exact dates depend on production volume).Training schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 am – 4 : 00 pmTraining schedules may begin with reduced hours until the season fully ramps up.
Our production schedule is scaled with holiday demand. Your preference for day and night shifts is used when assigning shifts as the season progresses.Shift options we use during the season :
