Join us as an Outsourcing Artist on an exciting, unannounced project, where you'll play a key role in shaping immersive game environments. In this position, you'll work closely with talented teams to bring imaginative worlds to life, collaborating and contributing your artistic skills to create memorable experiences for players everywhere.

Work Location : This position is classified as hybrid, requiring onsite presence in the office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Remote work arrangements are eligible for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Support external environment art production through pipeline support, documentation, resource packaging, content creation, asset polish, and integration.
• Collaborate with internal and external art teams to ensure high-quality environment art under the guidance of the senior outsource supervisor.
• Aid in providing clear, actionable feedback from concept to final 3D execution, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with the project’s art direction.
• Support best practices, quality control, and a cohesive visual style across all environment assets.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $29.81 - $55.14 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
