Job Description : Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney . The successful candidate will handle a caseload of workers' compensation defense matters, provide legal counsel to clients, and advocate in administrative hearings and court proceedings.

Responsibilities :

• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence related to workers' compensation claims.
• Represent employers and insurers in administrative hearings, mediations, and court trials.
• Investigate claims, gather evidence, and develop defense strategies.
