Retail Marketing Manager
The vaccine landscape in the US is an ever-evolving opportunity requiring vision and forward thinking. The opportunity to shape and grow strategy, execution and commercial goal attainment within the retail channel is an exciting frontier. The Retail Marketing Manager will execute retail marketing initiatives to optimize vaccine availability and pull-through with retail pharmacies. This role will focus on developing resources, tracking retailer performance, and supporting field engagement plans. Reporting to the Retail Marketing Director, the Retail Marketing Manager will work closely with account managers and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop resources to support selling teams and ensure approval through copy review processes
- Track retailer performance and identify areas of opportunity
- Manage insight generation tracking, opportunities and routine updates on next steps
- Execute field engagement plans to support account directors and channel managers
- Collaborate with consumer and HCP marketers to align on customer needs
- Manage in-market campaign reporting and post-campaign reviews

Bachelor's degree4+ years of pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or related experienceAnalytical skills and ability to draw conclusions from dataExperience with retail marketing campaigns and customer engagementPreferred Qualifications :
MBA2 years of retail marketing experienceUS Vaccines marketing and / or sales experienceKnowledge of vaccines, US market dynamics and characteristicsKnowledge of U.S. healthcare system, marketing channels and driversExperience effectively collaborating and influencing colleagues in the commercial organization, both in-person and remotelyBrand management experience, including demonstration of scientific knowledge and competitive knowledge within therapeutic areas and individual assets (vaccines experience preferred)Experience setting and gaining alignment around brand strategies - particularly in complex and novel environmentsCustomer facing experience preferredCapabilities / Competencies :
