General Position Summary : The Senior Project Manager is the liaison between the business and technology teams leading and managing companywide projects and initiatives. The incumbent will drive technology related enterprise and business specific projects. This individual will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This is a high-impact role for a consultative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Management and delivery of medium-to-large technology projects (Enterprise and site specific)Partner with business unit or function leaders on pre-project ideation and planningManage and oversee client IT communications and project report-outsAssist with financial analysis for projects including ROI, budget to actual reporting, variance trackingAnnual site visits to assist managers with technology needs including training, asset disposal, cleanup, new hardware, process improvementProactively identify business capability and IT service gaps and contribute to improvement effortsMonthly check-in calls with business unit managersOversee new site turn-up projects and existing site turn-down projectsAsset reclamationProvide backup to security team for site surveillance, access control and intrusionSupport and drive continuous improvement in value optimization and technology performanceSupervisory Responsibilities :
Directly supervises employees in the Technology department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Required Education & Experience :
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.Valid state driver's license required.3-6+ years of experience executing medium-to-large IT projects.Strong communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting.An exceptional listener, able to comprehend what is said and probe for important details.Highly self-motivated.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.Demonstrated acumen and passion for business and technology.Accepts ownership and welcomes responsibility.Understands the IT industry, e.g. emerging technologies and trends, industry standards, solution architecture, and vendor landscape.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Management related software.Travel required.Preferred Experience :
Bachelor's degree in technology.Minimum of four (4) years of industry experience preferred.Travel :
Less than 30% travel required.Language Skills :
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to write routine reports.Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Mathematical Skills :
