The Facilities Manager is the leader of the Maintenance Department at ShelterCare and will be responsible for managing all aspects of building and grounds maintenance :

The role of Facilities Manager is an exempt salaried position reporting directly to our Property Developer Manager. The starting salary for this position is $59,696 - $64,147.

Our facilities team has regular contact with our program participants. Many of our participants have experienced long-term homelessness, addiction, and / or severe and persistent mental health issues. Previous experience working with this population is valuable.

About ShelterCare : ShelterCare is a social services agency that is directed by a board of community volunteers. We have multiple programs in the Eugene / Springfield area. We offer a range of housing solutions combined with wraparound services for community members who are homeless or on the verge of homelessness. This includes adults who are homeless, have been homeless in the past, have a serious mental illness, or a combination of these.
