Overview

2D Animator – Remote role at Twine. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled 2D animator interested in contributing to a unique personal project. The role involves collaborating closely with the project owner during planning and research to shape the creative direction and estimate the scope of work. Specific stylistic preferences will be determined in consultation with the selected animator. This is a remote, single-job engagement offering creative freedom and the chance to make a significant impact on a personal creative endeavor.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the project owner during planning and research to shape the creative direction and estimate work scope.
  • Provide creative input and propose solutions during the planning phase.
  • Work remotely in a self-motivated and organized manner, independently managing tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in 2D animation, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects
  • Proficiency in industry-standard animation software (such as Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely
  • Ability to provide creative input and suggest solutions during the planning phase
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Availability to discuss project requirements and timelines as needed
  • Open to remote work; no on-site presence required
