Summary : Serves as an internal expert on Organizational Development (Org Dev) interventions, leading the design and facilitation of strategic initiatives to enhance performance, culture, and leadership development across the organization. Collaborates with the Director of Organizational Development, Org Dev team members, and internal clients to plan, develop, and implement projects that address individual and organizational challenges across multiple areas of expertise, driving sustainable change in critical processes. Develops and coordinates solutions for a wide range of Org Dev and talent management programs to maximize organizational success. Applies organizational development theories, methods, and tools to solve business problems across various operational areas. Communicates strategies effectively and facilitates small group meetings to drive sustained change and support high-performing teams. Builds trust-based partnerships with diverse clients and key stakeholders to deliver growth and development solutions that meet current and future operational needs.
Qualifications : Required Education and Experience 1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, one of the Behavioral Sciences or related discipline and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time experience designing, developing and coordinating initiatives that drive individual and / or team performance improvement; or 2. Associate's degree in Psychology, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, one of the Behavioral Sciences or related discipline and the equivalent of eight (8) years of full-time experience designing, developing and coordinating initiatives that drive individual and / or team performance improvement. NOTE : Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
