Are you a dedicated LPN looking to make a difference in the lives of others? The Wellness Collective in Sioux Falls is seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team.
As an LPN at our facility, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our patients and support our mission of promoting wellness and holistic health.
This position is part-time with the potential to grow. You will work opposite of our medical providers, and support them when they are in the clinic.
Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care as an integral part of our healthcare team, supporting providers from multiple disciplines
- Assist with patient assessments and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Answer patient inquiries and provide appropriate information
- Perform clerical work related to scheduling and documenting patient healthcare
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients
Qualifications :
- Current LPN license in the state of South Dakota
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Hours are as follows (to start) :
Wednesdays 10 : 30-3pm
Thursdays 9 : 30-2 : 30pm
Fridays 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm
