Technical Specialist

We are seeking Technical Specialists to provide support across data analysis, visualization, troubleshooting, and mission systems integration. This position offers flexibility to hire at either the Intermediate or Senior level depending on candidate qualifications.

This role is contingent upon funding award and requires onsite presence at the USCG St. Elizabeths campus three days per week.

Responsibilities Include :

• Perform data analysis and visualization using Tableau, Esri Portal, and Oracle Business Enterprise Edition.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and conduct use case analysis to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders to identify and resolve technical platform issues.
• Design and improve systems and processes to enhance portfolio and program management (senior-level).
• Advise leadership on technical strategies and industry-standard solutions (senior-level).
