- Balance call handling with accurate online casework.

Qualifications :
Associate degree or equivalent work experience.Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume environment.Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.Positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to learn new systems.Familiarity with computers and online platforms.Experience in call centers or basic knowledge of financial services is a plus.What our Client Offers :
