In this role, you will assemble components and subassemblies using hand tools and follow work instructions to meet quality and production standards. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment, requiring teamwork, precision, and a strong work ethic. The base pay range for this position is $16.00 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
