Enterprise Sales Leader

who will spearhead the adoption of A.Team by Enterprise clients.

We are searching for an experienced

Enterprise Sales Leader

that has a real passion for technology and can deliver on bold revenue targets. As we continue to break into bigger deals, and formalize our support for the larger enterprise segment, this division within A.Team will blaze the path for the organization's growth. This is a lucrative opportunity to penetrate new accounts within a rich territory, as well as nurture others underway with their move to cloud-based, remote tech teams.

What you\'ll accomplish :

  • Developing a strong understanding of key differentiators and the competitive landscape
  • Prospect into mid-size and large fortune 500 / 1000 companies while running an efficient sales process
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to building an enterprise sales pipeline
  • Manage pipeline and sales activity with an ability to accurately forecast
  • Maintain, build and own specific relationship pipelines for all verticals and industries, including existing relationships and aspirational contacts
  • Drive pipeline through personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders within key enterprise prospect accounts
  • Develop a deep comprehension of prospective and existing customer\'s business
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability and manage the sales pipeline from meeting with customers, advising customers on suitability of the product based on their needs, preparing team proposals, negotiating pricing and contract terms and ensuring contracts are aligned with our company policies
  • Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and ROI
  • Handle existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into various verticals and industries
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with challenges that defy easy solutions
  • Have intuitive sense of necessary steps to close business and gain customer validation
  • Identify robust set of business drivers behind all opportunities
  • Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency

About you :

  • Someone with 5+ years of sales experience (mix of selling within mid-market and enterprise)
  • Driven and have met / exceeded direct sales goals of 1M+ and operated with an average deal size of $100k+
  • Able to demonstrate methodology to prospect and build pipeline on your own
  • Experienced in working for an innovative tech company (SaaS, IT infrastructure or similar preferred)
  • Experienced in selling into large fortune 500 / 1000 companies with the ability to win new logos
  • Focused and organized and have excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Experience negotiating contracts and working with large clients and legal teams
  • Knowledge of modern tech stacks, using modern tools for CRM, workflow automation, etc.
