• Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure timely, high-quality execution
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Serve as the primary on-site liaison with clients, architects, and project managers
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and daily progress to keep projects on track
