Manager, Payroll Advisory - Employee Central Payroll & SAP SuccessFactors

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll transformation projects involving strategy, implementation, and optimization of the payroll function, including partnering with other technical solutions (such as HR, Workforce Management, Benefits, Finance).
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, and project and financial management.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, enhance the payroll operating model, and implement SAP Payroll best practices; help clients identify payroll risks and optimization opportunities.
• Assist in the practice development and execute process and strategy improvements within the SAP HCM / SuccessFactors US practice with a focus on Payroll and Workforce Management; drive the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources and training for payroll transformation efforts.
• Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach.
• Demonstrate global payroll expertise with a focus on SAP ECP, and other payroll vendors and solutions.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold a respectful and courteous work environment.
