Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and resourceful Client Data Integrity Specialist to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our client relationship management (CRM) database. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting research to verify and update current and past client addresses and contact names, playing a critical role in maintaining reliable data for our marketing and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Research : Utilize various sources, including company websites, public records, and phone verification, to research and validate client company addresses and key contact names.
- Data Entry and Updates : Accurately input, update, and maintain client information within our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) using standardized protocols.
- Data Quality Assurance : Perform regular quality control checks, data profiling, and cleansing activities to identify and remove duplicate or inaccurate records and ensure data integrity.
- Resolve Discrepancies : Investigate and resolve data discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer service) and, when necessary, external client contacts.
- Documentation : Create and maintain documentation of data sources, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and data flow to ensure traceability and consistency.
- Reporting : Generate reports on data quality metrics and project status to inform management and support data-driven decision-making.
- Confidentiality : Handle sensitive client information with the highest level of confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, PII policies).
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience : Proven experience in a data entry, data management, market research, or administrative role with a focus on data accuracy.Attention to Detail : Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying errors or inconsistencies in large datasets.Technical Proficiency : Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and experience with CRM or database systems (e.g., Salesforce).Research Skills : Strong ability to use search engines and other online resources for efficient data gathering.Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and clients effectively.Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to investigate and correct data issues.Organization : Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Education : High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
