Job Description
We are seeking a Data Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring data integrity and quality within our CRM system to support accurate, data-driven business decisions .
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop data management processes, enforce data policies, and provide actionable insights , delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for data management and data quality within the CRM system
- Assist in the development of a Strategic Roadmap for the CRM System
- Understand business strategy, and provide recommendations for data and data quality management
- Take ownership of assigned items to drive resolution
- Communicate impacts of data and data quality efforts to project deliverables and CRM system functionality to the CRM System Manager
- Work with CRM business owners to ensure data policies are established and followed
- Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly data integrity checks
- Identify areas of concern and work with departments to resolve or mitigate data and data quality issues
- Participate in project planning sessions with team members to analyze requirements and make recommendations related to data management and data quality
- Assist in project validation and testing
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Up to 10% travel required
Essential Skills and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience3–5 years’ experience in business analysis, software development, business intelligence, or database management with a focus on data management and data qualityStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels in a manner that is understandable to business unitsUnderstanding of DAV policies and proceduresStrong interpersonal skills; ability to work through complex technical situations and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiencesAction-oriented individual with strong decision-making skills; self-motivated owner of multiple tasks and accountable to deliverablesMust be able to achieve goals with minimal supervision or directionThorough understanding of the Internet, web navigation, Windows OS, Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and other applications as requiredDisplay professionalism and emotional intelligence across all settingsQuick learner, adaptable to new situations and challengesSolve problems quickly and effectively while performing root cause analysisExperience with database analysis toolsExperience with CRM data quality preferredEncore Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
