About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Enrolled Agent (EA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll represent clients before the IRS, prepare tax returns, and craft strategic resolution plans tailored to each unique case. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about tax resolution, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in IRS audits, collections, and appeals
• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
• Develop and execute tax resolution strategies (e.g., Offers in Compromise, Installment Agreements)
• Communicate with clients to gather documentation and explain resolution options
• Stay current on federal and state tax laws
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely case progress

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00 / yr.
