A company is looking for a Customer Support Consultant, banking (remotely).

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support via emails and calls

Manage partner requests and handle account services, data updates, and identification issues

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and maintain clear case documentation

Required Qualifications

Excellent English and German skills (C1 for both spoken and written)

Experience in customer support

Background in banking or financial services

Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection
