Cross Asset Solutions Team Member
Provide insights, make recommendations, create awareness and educate financial advisors or (external clients) on the various products and services offered on financial product solutions. May have more in-depth product offerings and support marketing efforts. Interactions extend beyond phone and may include in-person client interactions to support product research, analysis and sales.
The Cross Asset Solutions (CAS) team offers an array of bespoke solutions designed to enhance a client's portfolio and overall wealth strategy, by harnessing multi-asset expertise to address complex investment objectives. The team leverages its expertise to deliver sophisticated, multi-asset market solutions for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and business owners. These bespoke solutions include categories such as tax-advantaged solutions, concentrated equity, specialized lending capabilities, and more.
This role provides foundational support for the CAS platform, assisting in the development, implementation, and ongoing support of these solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with team members and firm stakeholders across investment research / diligence, advisor and client education, and operational support to provide a premier experience.
Responsibilities :
- Develop expertise in the products and services to holistically support the RJ CAS platform, and the financial advisors and clients who use it.
- Provides best-in-class financial advisor service through inbound phone coverage and emails regarding the CAS platform.
- Provides balanced education on all products on the RJ CAS Platform in a manner consistent with the conservative nature of the firm and escalates advisor or client questions to other team members or management as appropriate.
- Support advisor education and engagement through presentations, training, and customized content.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities to expand CAS capabilities.
- Ensure product processes adhere to regulatory standards and internal controls including gathering required client documentation that is current with firm and industry requirements.
- Coordinates background and compliance checks for advisors and clients prior to executing a transaction
- Support audit and documentation efforts with precision and accountability.
- Participate in meetings to gather requirements and feedback from internal teams, external relationships, financial advisors, and clients.
- Assist team members with marketing efforts including presentations, financial advisor / client launch campaigns, and webinars.
- Stay abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the relevancy of the CAS solutions maintain a competitive position to our financial advisors and clients.
- Uncover emerging issues or needs, identifying potential causes, barriers, and key stakeholders, as well as related issues.
- Develop complex improvements of solutions or services, running pilots and testing through new product launches, managing project schedules, identifying risks, and communicating to project stakeholders and external partners.
- Analyze and evaluate the feasibility and relevance of proposed complex products and services and develop and amend, as necessary, with guidance from senior colleagues.

Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years of financial services experience.Series 7 license; additional securities and insurance licenses preferredPotential to travel, up to 20%
