Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Location : Phoenix, AZ

Employment Type : Full-Time

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you’ll handle repairs, tooling changes, and preventive maintenance on extrusion lines and related equipment. You’ll work with a variety of systems and technologies, including electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), and PLCs. Fabrication work will also be part of your responsibilities.

What You’ll Do :

Perform maintenance repairs and tooling changes on extrusion lines and related equipment.

Work with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as VFDs and PLCs.

Fabricate and modify parts as needed for repairs and upgrades.

Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintain forklifts, building systems, and facility grounds.

Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For :

Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and PLC troubleshooting.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

Skilled in fabrication and basic welding.

Forklift repair experience is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Commitment to workplace safety.

Schedule & Pay : Full-time position.
