Job description10+ years leading cross-functional operations in construction Deep understanding of construction including estimating, contracts, project delivery, and field operations Proven, hands-on experience leading teams and developing individuals EOS experience highly preferred Bachelor's in business, operations, manufacturing, or related field (advanced degree and / or quality certifications a plus) Experience in themed, non-residential, or specialty construction strongly preferred Systematic & Analytical : Root cause thinker with data-driven decision-making Operational Agility : Can pivot, multitask, adapt quickly, and lead through ambiguity Technical Expertise : Reads blueprints / specs; applies algebraic reasoning Systems Thinker : Develops and implements scalable processes, policies, and procedures Leadership : Inspires accountability and builds a high-performance culture Communication : Excellent writer, presenter, listener, and negotiator skills Relationship Builder : Builds trust with clients, suppliers, and all internal stakeholders Tech-Savvy : Proficient with Microsoft Office, ERPs, and project management tools Will travel ~20% within the U.S. We offer competitive compensation and benefits. Must have and maintain valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record. Must meet all physical requirements, including lifting 30 lbs.
Lead Operations + Execution in a small, themed construction company
COST of Wisconsin is hiring a Vice President of Operations — a rare opportunity for a proven, passionate leader who thrives in operations and day-to-day execution . You'll be a builder of systems and a leader of people, driving efficiency, innovation, and results.
We create world-class, themed environments — zoos, museums, resorts, theme parks, and attractions — and we need a VP who can mentor other leaders.
You'll lead and integrate operations across :
