What You'll Do

As a Data Center / IT Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our data center infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and decommission servers and network devices

Diagnose and resolve hardware issues such as server crashes and network failures

Manage and organize network cabling and patch panels

Monitor infrastructure for alerts and respond to issues

Follow data center security protocols and safety guidelines
