Superintendent
Supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and budgets. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of daily progress, incidents, and any changes to the project scope. Resolve conflicts and challenges on-site to keep projects on track. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Train and mentor on-site personnel to uphold the company's quality standards.
