Principal Technical Program Manager

This is a high impact role that will lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery and management of critical initiatives on our strategic roadmap. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across Engineering, Senior Leadership, and Product Management. The successful candidate will be a skilled Program Manager with accountability for overseeing and driving technical programs across OCI and Oracle; this is a highly visible role that requires technical depth, strong program management and communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple business critical projects for the OCI DNS business. Drive continuous improvements of programs and processes.
• Project Planning : Develop and implement long-term strategies aimed at reducing complexity and increasing speed of delivery of projects.
• Stakeholder Communication : Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
• Project Management : Oversee all phases of project, ensuring they are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
• Support various rhythm of business activities such as weekly operational reviews, monthly business reviews, and roadmap planning

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
